FAQ during Covid-19 Circuit Breaker

1 Are Superpets retail outlets open during the Covid-19 Circuit Breaker? As of 12th May 2020 at 10am, all our outlets are now back in operation. Do refer to the respective outlets operating hours for more details.
2 Can I place an order online and collect from one of the retail outlets or warehouse? Self-collection is available only at our Jalan Kelulut outlet from 11am - 9pm excluding Public Holidays.
3 How much are delivery charges? We are now offering free delivery for orders totalling $80 and above. Orders below $80 will incur a $20 charge. A re-delivery surcharge of $10 will apply after the first failed delivery.
4 How long will it take for my items to be delivered? Delivery will be within 3-5 working days providing the item(s) are in stock and payment has been confirmed.
5 Can I add more items to a delivery I already placed? No, please note that strictly no add-on items or change of order allowed for orders already placed. Please place a new order for the additional items.
6 How can I make payment? We accept Paynow, Bank Transfer and Credit Card. For Credit Card payments, you'll need to add us as a payee.
7 Can I have my dry food repacked? Yes, re-packing is now available. It will be chargeable at $2 for 5kg and above of a whole bag of dry food.
8 Help! My pets are dangerously running low on food, how can I get my pet food faster? We offer express delivery for an additional $20. See below for more details.
9 Do you offer express delivery? Yes,, we provide an express delivery service for an additional $20. Orders will be delivered within 24hours, subject to item availability and full payment verified. Please email us your request if you wish to opt for this service.

We strive to deliver your items as soon as possible in the best condition possible. But we will not be accounted for any of your losses, liability, costs, damages, charges or expenses which directly or indirectly arise from our delivery. 

In the event of wrong delivery, we will collect back the items in the condition that was delivered and schedule a new delivery for your items. Any items that are not collected due to usage of the items, edible or non-edible, will be charged to you as it is.
