I have been getting my cats' monthly supplies here. Signed up for their platinum membership to enjoy more benefits. Love the fact that they are open for 24 hours. A variety of both wet & dry food, litter, feeding bowls & even toys etc. Staffs are always ready to help. Delivery is prompt too. I'm happy to know that they are expanding islandwide, with more locations.

Wonderful place for pets and our furry buddies. Rare pet supply shop that operates 24 hours, so no matter what time is it, you can always drop by to get your stuffs. They carry a wide range of pet foods and pet necessities. Whatever you need, you’ll probably be able to find it here. Not to mention the wonderful service as well!

The staff by the name of Jez & the gang were v friendly & helpful to help me buy the necessary products for my cat. We appreciate their service and hope to encounter the same in d future

We bumped into this branch accidentally when our son first got his kitten, and have been our go-to pet shop ever since. The service rendered is excellent, the lady on duty every time we visited, Ms Sabirah, is very helpful and patient, kindly answered all the questions we had as new pet owners, and provided us with extra advice too. We truly appreciated her service and that’s one of the reasons we keep going back. Another reason for the repeated visit is that they offer a good range of high-quality pet products at much more reasonable prices compared to other pet shops.

On 9.6.22 @ 5.15 pm, Superpets Staff at Yishun Junction 9 by the name of Sandra was very helpful to find all kinds of my cats' dried and wet foods needed by me in due time. She makes an attempt to check on the stock from everywhere Superpets branch and manages to find all. This kind of friendly and helpful staff is an example to everybody and will be most great and happy for the customer to come over. Customer service from the lady working there is tiptop. I was just learning to adopt a kitten. And she was patient and even give me tips on kitten care etc. She don't just go for sales but will advise you what is needed which is not... Love this place. Although not as big as others... But it feels comfortable shopping there! Good work lady!

I like to comment on your Mr. Andrew. He is new to the AMK Branch, yet just being 2 days old, he has shown how helpful and service orientated he is. With his cheerful personality, and willing-to-help attitude, I hope this feedback will be a source of encouragement and support to him. And of course not forgetting Ms. Kim who has spent many months here when the shop was newly set up, her effort in being hands-on, sourcing and arranging needed products from the other branches, friendly and helpful attitudes need to be recognised too. Was helped by Gabriel Ng at Superpets AMK Hub. Super helpful and really nice. Patiently gave a lot of advice and tips on products. Huge fan of Superpets now. Will definitely recommend to anyone and everyone for sure!

Best place to go if you need stuff for your pets at odd hours... 24-hour pet store! Members get discounted rates which is more worth than non-member prices..

Good friendly service rendered by Kai and other staff whenever I visit superpets. Like that superpets makes it convenient to reorder my dog's dry food and has free repacking and delivery service too.

There are a few pet stores in this area, but this is my favourite. Price is competitive and customer service is very good and you can feel they are sincere to serve you, any questions about products are explained politely with recommendations by the staff on duty, other pet stores in this area customer service can be impatient and grouchy, which is a turn-off and not make me want to visit again. Only gripe is that it is no longer 24 hours, as I do come monthly in the late nights to stock up on my supplies, wish this outlet can be 24 hours again.

Have always received good customer service at Superpets. Visited the shop today to buy supplies for my 2 fur kids and the staff who attended to me was able to provide excellent recommendations for my pets' needs. Well done!
