Oasis Second Chance Animal Shelter (OSCAS) is a registered charity and non-profit dog shelter that was founded in 2006. Many of the dogs in the shelter were mongrels rescued from the streets or from being culled.

About a hundred Singapore Specials currently call this shelter home and needless to say, it can only be sustained with help from supporters. Join us to Lend a Hand, Save a Paw.
