Job Description

  • Assist walk-in customers in recommending products according to customers' needs and answering their queries.
  • Perform cashiering duties.
  • Assist in receiving, replenishing and monitoring stock in outlet.
  • Pack orders according to preparation lists and pass to drivers.
  • Ensure that merchandise is displayed in an orderly manner and maintain the outlet in clean and neat environment

Requirements

  • Able to work on retail operational hours which includes Weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Able to handle carrying of heavy load up to 20kg (with trolley assistance) and willing to travel.
  • 5 or 6 days work week available, at least 9 hours work per day.
  • Growth mindset with a can-do attitude.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and possess good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, work under pressure and handle customers professionally
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and be able to work independently as well as working collaboratively in a team.

Job Description

  • Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers
  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities
  • Provide regular feedback on existing market trends and competitors
  • Manage day to day sales operations such as sales, cashiering, manpower, inventory, store planning and maintenance and weekly reporting of sales achievement
  • Support Managers in driving sales and marketing initiatives and participate actively in Strategic business planning discussions
  • Responsible for achieving sales target
  • Manage and coach the team on ways to handle customers’ enquiries / feedback / complaints in a professional manner according to the brand’s service standards and expectations

  • Possess Class 3 driving license

  • Able to work on Mon-Sat (12pm to 9pm)

Responsibilities

  • Check daily data, e.g. daily delivery order and purchase invoice;
  • Handle accounts receivables, accounts payables, bank reconciliations
  • Ensure all accounts receivables, accounts payables are posted accurately into the accounting system promptly
  • Monitor and update outstanding payments, collections and recoveries
  • Prepare invoices and assist in preparation of payment to vendors, liaising with vendors on discrepancies
  • Meet deadlines for management reporting
  • Maintain proper document filing and documentation
  • Ad-hoc admin duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • 5-days work week, 9am to 6pm
  • Woodlands / Admiralty 
  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice.
  • Candidate must possess 'O' or 'N' Level / NITEC / ITE / Diploma qualification in any related field, preferably in retail industry;
  • Responsible, meticulous, analytical and possess a high sense of urgency to meet deadlines;
  • Strong analytical skill, good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Adaptive and positive personality to work effectively under pressure meet tight deadline;
  • With basic accounting experience, Quickbook Accounting Software Knowledge is preferred.
